Do I need to pay in advance?
Paying in advance for the cab is always the best option as it assures the service deliverance to be must yet it is not essential. Most of the people pay to the driver at the end of the journey.
I have paid for my Taxi in advance. What happens if your driver does not turn up?
Whenever a booking is made with the advance payment and the drivers doesn’t turns up. Office is liable to pay the payment back to the customer. Normally it doesn’t happen. It happens only; if there is an airport booking and flight status shows cancelled and delayed but lands on time. Pre-booked taxis and advance payments are being made and monitored so that customer gets the service he desire for.
Can we book our return journey with the driver?
Booking a return Journey with the driver is unsafe. Booking must always be done with the control room, requesting a driver from the office is not a problem but if the booking is done privately with the driver, office is not liable for any loss and damage. Private booking does not cover the insurance until it is done with the office. Usually, we send sms to each of airport passenger during their journey about returning offer with discount, when customer accept this offer, we do book this returning journey also.
How can I pay for my journey?
You can pay by Cash to the driver.
What if I cannot locate my driver?
In case, If you cannot locate the driver, please contact control room on phone or email us immediately, and we will locate your driver as soon as possible.
Where do I meet my driver at the Airport?
The driver can meet you at Information in ever Airport.
How long will it take to get to the Airport?
We have team of 3 star drivers who are specialist to transfer passengers to airports and their important venues. For airport transfer are drivers are well-experienced and smart to provide best services in all respect.
I am not sure how to get to my destination. Will the driver know the way?
Yes Of Course! Most of the drivers are well experienced and with very good knowledge of London Areas, but they need to make sure where they are going so we recommend them to use navigation system. Usually, for one journey there are several routes but we choose the shortest and cheapest route.
We are not sure how long a journey will take. Will you be able to advise us on the expected journey time?
Our high technological and informative controls have modern method to calculate travel duration. We generally take help from our own dispatch system software, Google maps and other swift services. However, journey length is depending on pickup address, destination address,distance between two points and the mileage.
Would like a taxi now. How long do I have to wait for my taxi to arrive?
Usually, it takes 1, 2,5,10, 15, 30 minutes to arrive, depends on pick-up points. For example From our base Kingsbury, it takes, 25-30 min (Approx) to Airport (Heathrow). From central London to any destination, it takes 45-60 min (Approx).0
